Alethea Austin Owner and director of Achieve Wellness Spa’s two locations in Fort McMurray, and one location in Calgary AB., Alethea has an extensive background in both business and management. She has over 7 years of University education with degrees in Psychology and Medical Rehabilitation.
High quality, multi-disciplinary care is a model Alethea is passionate about. Achieve Wellness Spa is a Quality Assured medical day spa with the Leading Spas of Canada and Alethea oversees over 50 health and wellness specialists at her spa that was awarded Top 25 Spas in Canada.
Celine Tadrissi Celine Tadrissi is the Spa Director of Hammam Spa by Céla. As a visionary leader, Celine has grown Hammam Spa into an award-winning day spa located in downtown Toronto.
Her success has stemmed from her extensive business background and chameleon-esque approach to business. Celine started her career at the Mississauga Board of Trade. She holds business and economics degrees from the University of Toronto, which provides a strong foundation for all aspects of the spa business from building a successful business plan to cash flow projects to human resource management. Her experience led her to become a valued independent consultant for a variety of spas around the world.
Elena Zinchenko Spa Director Ten Spa at Fort Garry Hotel and Business Director The Face Bar, Winnipeg, Elena was born in the former Soviet Union, Elena grew up and studied in Kiev, Ukraine. A graduate of the State University of Kiev, she graduated with MD in Hydro Geological Science.
Elena has a CIDESCO International Diploma of Cosmetology from St.Paul Technical College of Minnesota and has also received an Oncology Esthetics Certification through the Clinical Oncology Esthetics Course developed and taught by Morag Currin.
Josée Larocque-Patton A Human Resources Expert specializing in HR emergencies, problem-solving, crisis management and overall performance management. She began her HR career on the waters more than 18 years ago with Celebrity Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines and eventually landing in the Bahamas. Once back in Ontario, Josée began working for the largest pharmaceutical company in Canada for over a decade. Josée is the everyday “go-to” person for all HR matters for more than 450 clients.
A few years ago she launched her own HR consulting firm to help small and medium-sized businesses as their trusted HR advisor. Assisting with anything from M&A’s, hiring packages, policies and procedures, employee handbooks, health & safety, AODA, Covid-19 challenges, employee engagement, performance management and more. Since has since written and published her first book called Navigating HR – Simple Tips for People Leaders available on Amazon. She is also a Forbes Business Council Member and writes for Forbes online.
